Hertz is like the cute girl that says she’ll go out with you but when you get there she actually isn’t cute
Forgot some personal items, going back on the next day and they said that in the car was nothing , very bad experience and not recommended at all ,customer service is down .....
Best place to rent a car, they didn’t had the car that i wanted but they called me after probably 5 minutes after i booked the car and they did give me another car but i was more then satisfied with the new car that they give it to me, the personal was nice to me, they did all the paperwork so fast and i spend not more than 10 min at the office. I’d recommend the Hertz car rental to everyone i know!
I was guaranteed to have a car available at this location by a Hertz phone rep. The location did not hold my car. They don't seem to know how to hold reservations here and always blame it on computer errors with inventory.
Took care of a flat tire my friends car got out of nowhere. Spent about an hour and it was all done! Thanks to the friendly professional staff for making this bad situation a breeze to deal with.
