I booked premium SUV and they upgraded to full size SUV when they didn’t had the premium and girl assured it will be the same rate week later rate is different and the girl wasn’t there and of course she was unavailable to take a phone call and the guy who received the car said he will put the payment on hold until he will figures it out and he also assured he will call me to explain then he will make the transaction to process the payment. No call No explanation and I got charge for Full size SUV on top of that deposits still not returned. Profit over dignity good luck on retaining the customers.

The service was good but I been waiting since Nov 18 for my refund/reverse of my deposit. Everyone pointing the finger at each from Chase bank to Enterprise but at the end of the day I don't have my funds. And neither company care and I didn't know that Enterprise was this hard up for money that they steal from their customers.

The manager onsite is a liar. I rented a car and spoke directly to the manager onsite and he promised me that i would be able to switch the card that was used to pay for the vehicle when i returned it. Something i have done many other times at other rental places. When i returned the vehicle and asked to switch the payment the manager became very rude and refused to do it. After asking him why he told me to my face that i could swtich it he hung the phone up on me. What a totally unprofessional move. Anyway learn from my mistake and choose a different option for your next car rental.
