I would never rent from here again. When I picked up my car, it smelled incredibly bad in the car. It was clear that someone had smoked a lot in it despite the no smoking stickers. I alerted the employee who agreed that it smelled terrible. It makes me wonder if they even check the cars after someone brings them back? The employee sprayed something in the car and said you're good to go. I asked if I could get a different car and they said they didn't have any other cars. The following morning, the car still smelled terrible so I had to drive 30 miles (to the place Avis customer service recommended I go) out of my way to switch out the car. The other rental site didn't have the car class I had rented so I had to downgrade my car. I was given a very slight compensation for my troubles. Terrible service.

Had Outlander as a rental and found a nail in my tire. Called the local Avis and Sadaf Siddiqui got me a new vehicle and out the door in under 3min. Super convenient, thanks!

A couple of months ago I made a reservation for a week to drive my family down to Florida. I called a day before to confirm my reservation and i was told a different price then quoted. The manager fixed it and I actually received a better price then originally quoted. I've always rented from this location and if something is not working out they make it right. If there is no car that i asked for they still made it right. I appreciate the manager at this location as she's easy to work with and has given me exceptional customer service!

The Avis representative was pretty rude, and not willing to help when there was a problem. The car that I received was not clean inside, with leftover food on the seats and floor from the previous renter. The outside of the car had damages as well. I'm just glad they had a car ready, because I've heard of people reserving cars and Avis not even having a car available on the day that they came in for their reservation.

This AVIS rental used to be within the Sears (automotive department) store inside the Fox Valley Mall; however, since Sept 03, 2018 as the Sears store closed so has this specific AVIS rental location with no notice on if there is a new location or not; kind of ridiculous now I don't even know where to pick up my reserved car next week...
