Date: 12/5/202, Confirmation#45813610US3, 2020 Ford Fusion:nI waited 15 min at the counter nobody showed up at the counter. When i called the agent, he showed up from a locked room. The agent said i still have to wait another 30 min to get the car. I came after 30 min, he was not there and i waited 45 min further before he finally showed up. The car i got had very hard smoke smell, stain all over the seats. Next day when i started my trip and after 30 min of trip i found the cruise control was not working. I had to swap another car from Peoria airport (2 hr from Champaign). Strongly advise others to get rental other rental agencies. Don't rent from this AVIS location, at least!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Because of well I was taken care of by your staff member Marty at Willard Airport AVIS. Friendly, and went the the extra mile to help me. Excellent service!

Car had exterior damage on both sides, traction control stuck on, and no working cruise control.nnWhen I rent a car, I expect it to be undamaged and all features in working order. I rented because my personal vehicle is damaged and has no cruise control.nnI’m usually happy with Avis, but not this time.nnJ. Bachman
