I have done business with Hertz, Avis, Enterprise and by far National leads the pact in service, picking up and returning and cost wise.nnIn my location (central Illinois) I would like to commend Nathan Hammer at the Savoy Airport in Champaign to going the extra mile to ensure that all his rental customers are taken care of their issues without interruption of the rental time period. His service to his location is nothing less than outstanding.
Had a decent ride overall. The vehicle was a good size and did well on the highway. Quite roomy for a bigger gal...:)nnNo complaints!
Very positive experience. Three week rental of Jeep Grand Cherokee. We enjoyed the vehicle and it met all our needs for a road trip west from IL to CO and UT. Staff at facility (UI Willard Airport) were helpful and provided great service!
Went to pick up my reserved rental, but they were out of cars. Upgraded me to a premium vehicle and tank of gas for the next day, could not have been more gracious. Highly recommend National, when there is an unexpected problem they take responsibility and fix it.
Nate and the team at Champaign airport are top notch, friendly and customer focused. I wouldn't go anywhere else but to National!
