Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I brought a car back to savoy Airport in Illinois. Forgot my garage remote. Call the next day they said the van was getting inspected in Danville. They had the remote and the supervisor in Danville would bring it to the champaign store. After going back and forth with all three stores of a remote that they clearly had told me they had on January 18 here it is February the 20 no remote and. No more contact from none of the stores! I called savoy today and whom ever I talked to acted un concerned that I had to pay 40 dollars for a remote that they clearly said they had not to mention that the van was randy but thank God they gave me a discount on that. I will NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAON! MY CREDIT SAY I DESERVE BETTER!

Nice vehicle however it was dirty. Check out was quick and easy. No agent on duty and waited twenty minutes on return. Two key fobs were wired together so if lost, both would be lost. Agent said that's just the way they do it. ?

I’m an elite member with enterprise and they would not let me rent a vehicle at this location because my license expires in 60 days despite letting me rent from another location earlier today. Dropped off one vehicle at an airport flew to Champagne and the manager refused to rent to me. I guess loyalty is meaningless to enterprise.

Made a reservaion to pick upa car to get to work while my car was in the shop and was told when i got there to pick itupthatthey didnt actually have a car available

Will not rent from Enterprise ever again. Had a horrific car accident last October and the only rental agency near the accident site was the Willard Airport location in Savoy Illinois. We made the reservation over the phone and were promised the insurance rate of 16-23 per day. Get there and they only had large SUVs available. Rented a Suburban and was promised the lower rate again. Did not sign anything!!! Was given paperwork and we were on our way. Drove back to Chicago and tried to get a smaller car at several locations merely for the gas saving factor. After hearing no cars available from several locations we were eventually told the only Enterprise that can help is another airport location. Went to Ohare and got a smaller car. To date no one has ever called us after leaving several messages for the manager of the Willard location. In addition to this we left a credit card with only $100 on it and said to be sure to contact us because we want to use another card. Finally got a new car 15 days later and dropped off the rental. Told the supervisor at Ohare to call us for a different credit card. No call. The credit card was charged 800 and this was over the limit by 700. Not sure how that all happened but no one will return our call about the error in pricing and the incorrect credit card used. And again NO SIGNATURE! How can we be charged this amount when we didn’t sign anything? Still fighting the charge. We should owe only $345 plus tax and fees at the maximum amount we were quoted. Horrible customer service since there was none! Promises were lies!! Don’t use Enterprise!!!!
