I think one needs to be more cautious with this company. Last month, when I picked up a FORD SUV here, I found a huge ink stain/damage on the back seat. I immediately came back to the counter and was told by the guy that it was ok. After the lease ends, I found my credit card was charged nearly 300 dollars yet there's no communication about that charge at all. When I called back, I was told by the customer representative that the charge was for the damaged back seat which I am not responsible for!
The agents at both the pick up and drop off were great! I forgot to fill up with gas and they let me out to go do it. That saved me $65!
Agent was very prompt and handled transaction professionally
Worst customer service ever. I had a delayed/flight so I changed my reservation. Totally understand having to pay more for a changed rental. Until I arrive and they have zero cars to rent. Was told come back tomorrow, no apologizies or anything. Said they would pay for my taxi. They didn’t. Sent to customer service who said they would pay me if I provided receipts. A month later still no reimbursement. Terrible customer service and terribly ran company.
Very comfortable vehicle, Great package for the rental, had no problems checking in or out. Very Satisfied!
