Was able to change out vehicles with ease. Devin and Baillie took care of the switch even with it being an airport rental. Highly recommend coming in and working with them.

Enterprise post Covid. Corporate office says upto to 40% of people cancel reservations do the system is now set to overbook by 40%. If it is important that you get a car when you need it go anywhere else that does not have the same attitude. Personally Hertz is filling the rental needs I have now.nnShame I won't be using my points now.

The customer service was excellent. Cedric was very helpful. I picked up my car on a Friday (one of their busiest days). He was apologetic for my wait time, which was about ten to fifteen minutes--not bad at all considering they were swamped and it seemed short-staffed. The car was clean and in good condition--worked perfectly for my trip! I purchased the damage waiver, which was an excellent choice, because I had a passing semi truck kick up a huge rock and dent the hood as I was driving on the interstate. Returned the car a day early, and it posed no problem at all--no wait time this time around, and it was inspected and had a return receipt emailed to me before I even got back to my house. Will definitely rent from here again!

Renting from Enterprise is all ways the best! The car was clean and ready to go when I got there. Very helpful staff. Can't wait to rent again!

Picking up the car was simple and easy. The car was clean and in good condition. And dropping the car off was simple and easy.
