Worst Enterprise out there! We rent from Enterprise at least 5 times a yr and this is by far the worst! Everyone is extremely rude and I asked for an upgrade and got stuck with a Dodge Journey and they told us the 3 ford f150's were spoken for and I find that interesting! We will no longer be renting from Enterprise because of this.

Excellent customer service, Brandon helped us out today, transaction was smooth, very quick, we are pleased with our car choice and were in and out in less than 10 min. Will return when in the area.

After calling and verifying necessary documents over the phone, we went to pick up the car and were told it wasn't enough. I'm sure they are fine for most people, but we didn't have a credit card (only debit) and no utility bill. Would be nice if they could coordinate with the call center to save time. Thanks.

Quick service. We had no issues with the reservation and pickup and drop off process. The vehicle we received required vacuuming and some cleaning. This was a bit annoying as I would have expected a clean vehicle. However, Enterprise discounted the rental cost for this so in the end I was overall satisfied.

Customer Service at this location is HORRIBLE!! I called to ask a simple question regarding payment and out of state license. The lady who answered the phone had the biggest attitude and was rude. When I told her I just needed clarification and not her attitude she had even more of an attitude and was arguing with me that she did not have an attitude. She obviously needs more customers service training.
