The customer service at Dan Hecht is nothing short of stellar. We got into an accident with our truck that left us stranded in Effingham. Tammy picked me up at our hotel the next morning with the rental vehicle and was so helpful and accommodating. The rental vehicle was exactly what we needed, it was clean and the pick up and drop off process was so easy and pleasant. I would gladly do business with this dealership again in the future.
