I wanted to pick zero!!!! EVERTIME I have tried to rent a car its an issue! The website/app says one thing the customer service number another, and the people at the branch all say something different.
Wow. I Was to pick up a vehicle around 3:00. I got there around 2:15 admittedly a little excited to be on my way in my rental.nTom came in and asked me how I got in. I said I walked through the door? I told him I was to pick a vehicle at 3 and he told me. Well it’s not 3 yet is it?nI was then informed by Tom that my vehicle was not there yet and that unfortunately I couldn’t sit in the waiting room and wait. What? Why?nVery rude!!! If I didn’t have a choice where to get my rental I would’ve taken my business elsewhere.
The car was nice and no mishaps went wrong mechanical. Because it's the only place in town and I was supose to discount back and never got it back. If there was another place in town I would rent from them. Then on top of that I found someone elese paper work in the car, and that can be dangerous for them, because it had her name and address on it.
I rented a car from them and I was pulled over because the tags were expired. Other than that bad experience, they were great.
Always the nicest. Lacy is always polite and sweet. Tom is always punctual and dis a great job!
