I've gotten rental cars from Enterprise several times. I've always had a great experience and enjoyed my rental. No complaints from me...Several times they have upgraded me to a nicer car at no extra charge. The hurricane office is very polite and quick.
They have a good variety of brand new vehicles. The process was very quick and easy. The representatives are very friendly and helpful too.My only negative is the cost of the rental seems pretty high but it's the only place to rent in my area.
I have been using Enterprise exclusively for the last year and both the Barboursville and Teays Valley team have been amazing to deal with. They call to follow up, they are quick to problem solve and kind and cheerful the whole time.nThank you so much for all that you do to make travelling while working smooth and easy!
