I highly recommend the Charles Town Enterprise! I rented a vehicle a few months ago & had a great experience! I was helped by a guy named Andrew who went above & beyond to make sure all my needs were met. He provided excellent customer service, was very polite, and knowledgeable. He listened to what I was looking for then provided my husband and I with the perfect van that we wanted. When we came to pick it up, he had everything ready to go for us. It was a very smooth experience with no stress at all. When we need another rental, we will definitely be going back to Andrew!

Oh boy, I wish this was a better situation and I wish we had a better experience at this location. We got a rental, had it for a few short weeks. When they gave us they car, it was dirty as hell and no one looked the car over for any “pre-inspection” (should have been done). Okay cool I can deal with that! Going in to return, a magical small dent appeared in the back passenger door, that definitely wasn’t done by us. But guess who gets to pay for it? We do. That being said, if you ever rent from this company which I high advise against, make sure you personally take a flash light to the car to check for dents. You shouldn’t have to worry about looking at the car as if you are buying it when picking up a rental, that’s absurd. But in this case you have to do it, just to insure your not charged for damages that weren’t done by you.

Easy to rent and great service from the rental office staff. Thatnsaid, loyalty service is another issue. Keepnmissing rental points and never resolved on time.nI am still missing bunch of rental points. Simply gave upnnMy review is mostly around loyalty service.

I have used Enterprise in Charles Town 7 or 8 times in the time since we moved here, and have always received good, nothing spectacular, but good service.nnMy latest experience here however was spectacular. I dealt with Gabe this time, and he went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I originally reserved a luxury car, but when I showed up, they did not have any luxury cars available.nnGabe really worked hard to make sure he got me a car I could use immediately, then worked on getting me the type of car that I really wanted. He called me back within 24 hours telling me he had found a luxury car and was having transferred ASAP.nnIt was a real pleasure working with Gabe, and I was very impressed at his commitment to ensuring my complete satisfaction.
