ZERO STARS REALLY!!LITTLE MISSY NAMED KARLA SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. GIRL HAS A ADITTUDE AND A MOUTH ON HER. SO MUCH MISCOMMUNICATION WITH THIS WHOLE COMPANY. THEY WANT TO CALL YOU 30 MINS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME TO PICK UP JUST TO TELL YOU THAT YOUR RESERVATION WAS A MISTAKE. NO HELP, NO APOLOGY, NO TRYING TO HELP WITH OPTIONS, JUST SORRY MA'AM YOH PICKED THE WRONG PLACE AND WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING ANYWAY. 1ST TIME I TRY TO RENT A CAR BUT WHAT ELSE DO EXPECT IN A CIRY LIKE DEL RIO.

Had a flight scheduled for 3/8/20 at 12:07pm flying out of Del Rio to Orlando. The flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues, my next option was to drive to San Antonio to catch the 5pm flight to Orlando (2 1/2 hr drive). I called Enterprise and scheduled my rental pick up from the airport location at 1:30pm, which was really cutting it close. Well, no one showed up for work. I checked the hours of business and it said they were to open at 1:30. I called Enterprise again, they said “oh, it opens at 1:45pm” so I waited and again no one opened it. I ended up having to hitch a ride to San Antonio, staying up 24hrs because the only flight I could get was at 5am. Moral of the story, if you say your going to be open for business, open for business.

I don’t know how this office can legally do what they’re doing. Despite the terrible reviews I decided to rent a car from this location as it was the only one open on Sunday for 100 miles. I booked a reservation ahead of time, I showed up on time, and no one was working. I called Enterprise corporate and they confirmed that someone SHOULD be working. I talked to other airport staff and they said that my situation is a very common occurrence with customers... that the enterprise employees are only present about 30 minutes a day and a lot of people can’t get their cars because no one is working or present during the designated business hours. Absolutely unacceptable.

No one was at the place of business. Couldn't get the rental car I needed so badly. I had a car reserved for Big Bend, and not having it ruined my trip.

How can anyone do business with this location if you don't open until 2pm each day? I arrive in Del Rio at 12:30pm. That means in have to wait 1.5 hours to get my car. And I depart at 1pm, which means I would drop my car off at 11:30am, but you don't have after hours drop off, so I can't drop off my car. Who is running this location and made the decisions around best business practices? I even called the national rental number and spoke to an operator who confirmed this. Shocking.
