I've been dealing with this location for a couple of years now and I've always have a good experience. The only bad thing is once you get to know and like a specific employee they move them to another location. That seems to happen often. Other than that everybody has been super nice and once they recognized me as a return customer they always greet me super friendly. They work with me to make my experience pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Called and made an appointment and missed it due to not being able to get out of work on time and called them before they closed and asked if I could pick it up first thing in the morning, lady on the phone said that it was fine. I live about 20 min away so I had to get a ride, I get there and they tell me that they “don’t have any cars right now” but they had a whole bunch of cars parked in front with the enterprise rental sign. So not only do I not have a car now, but we drove about 40 min for nothing.

I use this place for work and personal. The staff is always nice and helpful. However I would suggest not using road side assistance. When I rented it was a joke and not worth the money.

My experience with my Amarillo location on 26th has been very excellent every single time not one problem that hasn't been resolved and I'm always satisfied. Keep up the good work. Customer service is through the roof! Everyone a part of the team is what keeps me coming back. Thank you so much for a chance to give a review!

We had to get a rental from them, they were extremely friendly and professional.
