Lady was rude and did not seem to care one bit about customers. I did call HH and was told so sorry that happen, have a great day.. So I have have decided not to rent from Enterprise any more. So sorry you lost a customer who does 85 to 120 rental days a year. Have a great day. Being the sales manager I have ordered my team not to use enterprise either.

Good vehicles to rent. Every time I come it is like the rules change like having what card and which person standing there. Strange especially when it is being paid by insurance. But was able to get it done.

Recently had to rent a car from Enterprise in Midland, TX through my insurance company. While the agents were friendly enough, I guess selection is poor here. The car I was replacing temporarily was a Toyota Avalon, a full sized car. I pay my insurance company to be able to get a ‘standard’ car. Enterprise didn’t have a vehicle for me the first day but I was given an appointment to pick up a car the next day at 9:00 am. I had a choice of just 2 vehicles: a double cab pickup or a Hyundai Accent. It was for just local use for myself so I picked the sedan, not fully realizing how much smaller this was to what I’m used to driving. I’m a big guy and the Accent was a little tight for me. I made due without trying to get something larger, but I was disappointed with the limited selection.

service was good, one issue is that due to the fact that our company has a National account through National that no longer or rarely has cars available I had to rent a car from Enterprise, to get there I had to Uber over from the airport creating lost time and extra costs, when will fleet be back up to meet damands. Nothing personal but this stinks.
