Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve always had really great service through enterprise but this is my first time at this location and my last. I rented a truck from these guys and the truck was terrible. It rode like the shocks were out, it smelled like someone had been smoking in it but I wasn’t able to notice till I got back in a few times after going to the store, and it stated on the dash that it needed an oil change. I figured, no big deal, I’ll call and enterprise will make it right. I called (an hour after I picked up the truck) and the office was closed so I was transferred to the corporate office. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and helpful. He stated that enterprise would take care of it and reimburse me for the inconvenience. I dropped the truck off that night after an evening of work. I got a call the next morning from this enterprise office and the lady that I talked to was extremely rude and didn’t care what corporate had told me. I was going to get charged for the rental regardless because I had used the truck that evening. I was suppose to have the truck for 2 days but of course didn’t. I ended up going to BUDGET and they actually gave me half off after I explained to them the hell I went through over a vehicle through enterprise. Sadly, I’ll no longer be renting through enterprise. And I will be calling my credit card company to contest the charges if enterprise doesn’t make this right.
