Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a family emergency while on a trip, it took three days to even get a hold of anyone at either Leander location, and by that point it was too late to do anything about it. I was also ignored when I tried to reach corporate, so I wouldn't reccomend this location to anyone, they will put themselves above any customer problems

There is a new office in Leander/Cedar park at the corner of 183 and New Hope Drive. Faith is the manager there and she has made me glad to rent again. I love that the office is close and she helps me every time getting the arrangements made that I need to. Faith is amazing there.

First off I booked online to pick up on this past Wednesday at the cedar park texas location for a full size car got there and they didn’t have any and sent me over to Leander location on crystal falls I was given a 2020 Malibu that seemed to have no issues until Friday morning the air went completely out in the vehicle while in Louisiana . I called and reported the issue and was told to call any nearby enterprise for a switch out I called every location within a 100 mile radius and there were none . We then drove to Jackson Mississippi where we sent to and was promised a car at the airport . Got there and there were 9 vehicles available but we were told repeatedly there were none available all had been reserved . After driving nearly 4 hours in the 100 plus degree weather and no air we still had no car so we called other locations in Mississippi like Vicksburg , pearl and then meridian we were told they had one available in a hour and half and so we drove another hour without air to pick up that car . When I got there they did all sign up/pick up / drop off OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT so there i stood again in line for 45 minutes before we were given a car that was dirty and hadn’t yet been clean . I went ahead and took the car because we were already 5 hours behind time and late for our trip . This was all so aggravating and it would have been nice if a manager of some sort could have given a credit or some sort considering the unexpected issue with the first rental .

I had the pleasure of working with Faith. I needed a vehicle for a business trip and didn't notice that I needed a major credit card because I had a out-of-state license. Having jut moved to Texas, I didn't have proof of residency, but she willing to work with the ID that I could provide. If she couldn't make that happen I would have missed an important meeting that could not be rescheduled. Thank you Faith!!!nnSincerely,nnRoberta Bergeron

Linda at the Crystal Falls location in Leander, TX is always a pleasure to work with and she was extremely helpful recently. Even though the size and color of an SUV can't ever be guaranteed, she did her best to assist me with a vehicle request and luckily she was able to locate the exact vehicle I needed for a work event. She even went out of her way to call and notify me. Thank you for the great service Linda!
