Choose Enterprise if you want to get stuck in Austin for an entire weekend without a car.nnMe and my girlfriend were visiting Austin last weekend. It was a busy weekend and if you didn't have a reservation, you would be stuck without a car.nnWe made a reservation online to pick up our car Saturday morning. When we got there, the staff said they gave our car away to someone else. No phone call whatsoever and just gave our car away to someone that just walked in the door.nnWe contacted their customer support hoping to find a solution. Not only was the representative unhelpful and rude, they got frustrated and ended the chat. While we were the ones stuck in Austin without a car.nnDo not trust Enterprise with your car rental. The last thing you want on your trip is to get stuck running around looking for a car rental, when you are supposed to be enjoying your vacation. Avoid like the plague.

Made a reservation online and got an alert that it would take a few hours for the reservation to be complete. No problem. I called and they said it wouldn’t be ready for another 4 days because of low inventory. The enterprise associate asked me to call every store in town to find a rental sooner and that corporate wouldn’t be able to help narrow down my search. This is very inconvenient and not helpful to my situation. I hope I never have to work with them in an emergency again.

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a sedan and the only option they had when I showed up was a mini van. They told me I could wait 1-2 hours in hopes a sedan I booked would show up. By far the worst rental experience I’ve ever had and will never choose enterprise again. And also, the customer care gentleman really didn’t seem to care at all. He said he deals with this all week.

I placed a reservation for this location - the website had probably a dozen different types of vehicles available. At my reservation pickup time, I was notified that this location had ZERO cars. Literally, not one car on the lot. Your website is incredibly faulty or this location should be shut down (what’s the point of it if there’s not ONE vehicle). The person working at the location transferred my reservation to another Enterprise but that’s not what I wanted. I selected this location for a reason. I walked to this location to get my car and I am not able to get to another location reasonably. What a freaking joke. Never go to this location because they will likely be a ghost town and can’t even provide you with a Hotwheels car.

Only 1 star so I can write the review. Reserved a car last nite online,took off work ,ubered to the rental store and got told no cars available.Representative from Enterprise, very nice lady couldnt locate me a rental either. So now I'm stuck without a ride. And,I was told corporate office would be calling me...No one did. I've rented from Enterprise a number of times and I'd like to hope the treatment I received was just this branch.
