I can’t remember the name of the guy that helped us out but he was awesome and deserves a promotion / raise! He was very welcoming and patient with me as I dealt with my credit card company over the phone. He also helped several others renting / returning cars while helping me at the same time. The return experience was just as great. Highly recommend renting from here.
This is my favorite places to rent a vehicle! Easy to find staff is always helpful and quick to get you in and out and back on the road! Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Austin!!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER DEAL WITH THEM !! They lied to me once again
I incorrectly received a gas charge of $23, even though I filled the tank before return. I returned the vehicle after hours using a drop box, so was never informed of the charge until I saw it on my credit card bill 3 days later. I have the gas station receipt, but as of yet, have not been able to receive a refund. Even after speaking to Budget staff on two separate days, who said this occasionally happens due to computer error. I am very unhappy and will not be renting with budget again unless I receive a refund.
I was charged $172 more than my bill. Did not get any support to resolve this issue. Will never go back to Budget or recommend to anyone. Worst service.
