I had made a reservation in advance, but I still have no car to use.nThe worst thing is I did not get any inform of cancelation, text,email, or call, from them before I arrive this station.nIf you are going to ruin your plan or waste your time, just go with this HERTZ. They will not let you down:)nThe staff also take good care of everything, except you!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Don’t pick this location and the manager himself is rude and ignorant. If I could give negative starts, I would definitely give them -5.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I routinely rent vehicles from this location due to their convenient location, great rates and helpful staff. Out of all the locations in Austin, I highly recommend this location!!!!
