Took good care of me... but people find out all their policies like if you drop at a closed location they will bill you until they open. Meaning drop Friday 10 minutes after they close and they bill you til Monday morning. They don't tell you this but they will tell you it's OK to drop after hours. Not all locations do this so find out.nAlso if your renting one way they only take credit cards no matter how many times you have rented from them with a debit card.
The manager was very informative and explained the rental agreement to my satisfaction. The vehicle was ready when promised and was inspected for any prior damage before the rental began. The manager said that if I needed to extend the time allowed, to just call and let him know. No new agreement required needed. Exceptional service.
Never answers the phone. I've been waiting for 22 minutes for an employee to answer. Have a reservation for a car. Someone did finally pick up and process seems simple enough. Now just waiting to hear what time rental will be available for pick up.
Enterprise in Livingston Tx was a very positive experience. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely use enterprise again.
