Professional and courteous, at the time I went to the counter these guys were very busy, but made sure that my rental was ready and fueled up. Upon the return, same thing, I was running late for my flight and the return took less than 30 seconds, I have been using this location for over 30 years and they never disappoint. Keep up the great service!!!
Our rental vehicle worked out perfectly and was ready upon our arrival. We had the requested car seat, too. Both pick-up and drop-off went smoothly and the prices were reasonable. Thanks for great service!
Great customer service and they quickly identified the problems with my pickup rental from Sioux Falls’ FSD. Helped fix it, checked/inflated tires to the same air pressure, and offered to wash pickup while I was there. The store manager Zach was helpful and he understood the immediate business need(s) w/ efficiency and offered to be a contact for future rentals to help save time. Gave his card to our Fargo team for any rental needs.
Great service. We needed to extend our rental period two times and we able to do so without delay. Very quick, easy and professional. Always enjoy renting from Enterprise!
Check engine light came on 5 minutes after I left the lot. Didn’t have any other cars available when I brought it back. Now I have to postpone my trip as I obviously needed the car the day I scheduled pick up. Real cool enterprise.nnUpdate: been on the phone with different enterprise people all day long. The customer service people are as helpful as they can be. Supposedly escalated my issue to the district manager (which hasn’t made a lick of difference..). Actual branch location will not answer their phone. I planned my entire move out-of-state around this car rental. They have already made me postpone it a day (in turn completely throwing off every other thing I had planned) and they still, for some reason, have no idea when they’ll have a car for me to use. So again, thanks for nothing.nnAbsolute worst rental experience of my life.
