The service was pleasant, the checkout was prompt, there wasn’t a wait, but the car was uncomfortable. Little shaky on the in interstate and there wasn’t a cup holder for my water, the windows were not tinted. Wasn’t a car I would ever want to drive again. I’m just glad the car made it back to a safe return.
I was hit by another car in a parking lot while renting a car. Alamo dealt with the other insurance company and took minimal extra time when returning the car. Staff exceptional!!
This was one of the easiest car rental experiences I have ever had - both with pick up and drop off. Everyone was kind and helpful. :)
Bill was over double the price quoted. So many additional fees. Very unhelpful employees. What the hell is a customer facility charge, concession recovery fee, vlcrf, additional driver as well as young renter fee Total bill quoted $206...... bill paid $513.22. Ridiculous
