Quick checkout. Business had reserved 2 vans. We showed up, got vans and quickly were able to leave.
After being mislead by the woman that brought our rental to us, we were charged$175 for insurance that we didn't need. She said that our insurance would not pay for it and if anything happened, we would be responsible. When we asked our insurance company about it, we were told that enterprise knew that that's not the case and to request our money back which is what I'm doing but I doubt that it will do any good but we shall see. I really hope I'll be back on here praising them but I truly doubt it.nnFunny, I posted this a couple days ago and I still haven't received a response...sad that they're not even attempting to return my money. We've always use this company in the past and so has my friends and family but I guarantee none of us will ever again.

fast friendly staff took 5 min inwas in and out
Employees were shockingly rude and very unhelpful. I was told multiple things, all of which were wrong. Plus no one knew correct protocol on anything, it was awful. Do NOT recommend this particular location, you'll only leave frustrated.
