The women was very helpful we needed a car for my husband funeral. And she went beyond her duties she was very caring and loving.

I received a call the morning to confirm my reservation. Upon arrival to the facility I did a quick check in with the female manager vehicle was not clean nor ready so I had to wait about 30 minutes. After waiting for the vehicle to be clean by the manager and the female attendant present I then had to wait additional 10 to 15 minutesBecause the keys were not present for the vehicle. Once inside the vehicle you were able to see that a rush job had been perform on cleaning and the vehicle smell badly of smoke.I voiced several complaints to the manager stating that I was not pleased with having to wait or the vehicle condition. She basically tried to brush me off by stating that just bring it in before we close don’t worry about the time.When going to return the vehicle I was greeted by the assistant manager who inquired about my rental experience. My response to my rental experience was the displeasure that I received from the manager and the condition of the vehicle. The assistant manager was very attentive in rectifying the situation. He did an awesome job in a assuring that I was completely satisfied. The only way that I would do business in the future would be if the assistant manager was to handle my business. Highly recommend the assistant manager and his A1 Customerservice. As for the branch manager she needs a refresher in customer service.

Great customer service. I had to have them send someone to pick me up, the individual sent was a pleasure to ride with. Not too chatty but friendly. Upon arrival to store location for my rental car pick up I was greeted and informed I would be taken care of in just a moment. I drove off with my rental is less than 15 minutes. Very pleased with my recent experience.
