After explaining to the clerk and owner a slight mixup in the return time they quickly settled our account before the night was over and we truly will be coming back to them as we rent cars quite often for business. Allyson could not have been more helpful! I arrived to pick up my car just before closing, and she gladly stayed late to resolve a couple of issues before I could get on my way. Thank you, Allyson--I really appreciate your courtesy and excellent customer service.
Would give no stars if possible. My credit card was charged 1500 dollars for a 700 dollar rental. I never received a receipt and tried calling customer service with no help. Scammers and I plan on reporting to better business bureau.
