Ava at the Denton Texas location was SOOO helpful, kind, and efficient when working with me. SHE is why I will never go anywhere else! I was having a really hard day, and she effortlessly turned my day around with her customer service.
The building is tucked away which makes it hard to find/see. The rented car turned out to have a very dirty inside rear window. While the sun was shining on it, one was unable to see through it. There was no washer fluid, so the accumulated dirt made viewing the road interesting. Thankfully, there was no lingering odor from smoking ud83dudeac, which is a definite, hard reject.
Eva, Brandon and Mitch all had smiles on their faces and were very helpful
Service at this location is a top notch. Eva is very sweet and adorable person and knows how to make her customers completely satisfied with the service they get. Prices for a luxury car, dropped off at a different location, and a sport car were unbeatable.
Everytime I go rent a car from this location its fast and easy
