I had a wonderful experience. Made a reservation online, was greeted in-store by Addison, who took excellent care of me. I waited a few moments while he finished up with another customer and her young daughter. Watching the personal service that was given to them, I wasn’t surprised when my experience was wonderful as well! Will definitely rent with Enterprise again, hoping each location is as wonderful as this one!
Considering I didn't give them a lot of warning, they took care of me. A little slow, but made up with it, as the staff have great attitudes. The entry process needs to be streamlined. The staff explained everything well, so no surprises.
Kudos to Addison Peters! his customer service is outstanding. Keep that same service and you will go far in life. I appreciate your great service. I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise for over a period of time and been to many locations here in garland, but I will go back to this location if you are going to be there. The woman who was working the day I rented the car, was a warrior of the highest level. She was alone that day before Christmas. And was overwhelmed with customers who needed vehicles and those returning them. Handling the onslaught with gracefullness and poise. Everyone got a vehicle before she closed down for the holidays. Very rare and strong employee.
