The employees were so kind and helpful. They made everything quick and painless and not intimidating. I don’t know much about car rental, and they made this whole process, start to finish, so so simple. I am grateful for the experience, and the car ran fantastic for what I needed it for (road trip). Great place to rent a car. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Every time I’m in Dallas no matter what part of Dallas I’m in I go out of my way and go there to get my rental. I’ve been renting from Phillip for about 5 years now and I’m going to keep going there whenever I need a rental.
