Very poor customer service. I entered to pick up our van rental and had to wait in the lobby while the 2 employees(one was the manager) chit chatted in the office and ignored me. I finally had to go behind the desk to get one of them to acknowledge I was there. We have rented from them numerous times and everytime the service gets worse. We've thankfully found another company to rent from that has exceptional customer service.
Everything went smooth sailing. Gave 4 stars because we had to go to another city just to get our rental. So the miles were added because of that. Other than that everything was fine transaction went smooth and everything. Thank you Capps you saved our family trip. We will be doing business with you again.

Best place to go rental a car or sports cars and they are very nice people
Rented a 15 passenger van. The van that we got had less than 50 miles on it. It is located near a major highway so its easy to get to. The people behind the desk were pretty good just not your bubbly personality. Overall it was very good experience and I would use them again.
