Friendly staff. Had reservation for specific pickup time but still had to wait 30 minutes for available car.

I rent cars for my job very frequently and this is the location I always come to. I used to love coming to this location now it’s not what it used to be. I had to wait over 45 minutes for a car when I had a reservation. When they called to confirm my reservation I told them I had modified the reservation and was coming in at 1:30 they didn’t change it in the system so had to wait until 2:30 to get the car which wasn’t a big deal however even after 2:30 still ended up waiting. The service was alright not the best that I’ve had from this location. The sales rep ended up helping the person who washed cars to clean up the vehicle I received. The car was not sanitized nor was it washed. Two days after I returned the vehicle me and the other passengers tested positive for covid. The car itself didn’t have any go power and it made noise. I do believe I will be changing the location that I get my enterprise cars from.

I make a reservation here to pick up a car the next day at 7:30am and I was later on called to confirm the reservation. The morning I went to pick the car they didn't have the car.

Recently put my car into the body shop for collision repairs. Was extremely happy with the Enterprise experience. They picked me up at the body shop when I delivered my car and when time came to reclaim my car I was able to leave the rental at the body shop for Enterprise to pick up later. Made it very easy on me. Will definitely use them again.
