When me and my family (wife and 2 small children) arrived at DFW, after traveling for over 12 hours, our original rental company told us they did not have any cars for us, even though we had a reservation. So we frantically looked up rental agencies and found Buckners. They stayed an hour past their closing time just to get us our rental car. It was bigger than what we were going to get with our original rental company and it was very fairly priced. Super friendly and will definitely use them if I am in the Dallas area again!

Over the phone, the guy was polite. He was very easy to speak with. We were going to OK and needed a car. We were quoted one price and it was another price one price, higher ... Did not do the trip.

I put 250 deposit down on a car to rent, they told me I get 300 miles free. They have a minimum of three days Renner make sure when you rent from this place to take a picture of the speed thermometer because they give you 300 miles free but they will put the wrong miles on the paper. When I return the car they told me I had went over 420 miles which was not shrew they screwed me on my deposit. I will never rent from them again. You have to clean the car when you return it are the $50 cleaning fee just take pictures of the miles because Miles is where they make their money.
