We reserved a full size car online, the day before pick up. Upon my arrival, a full size car was not available, oh-oh, however..... we were quickly upgraded to a luxury rental, bonus!! The transaction was seamless! Because of social distancing, we waited outside, we were quickly greeted, within seconds. We were walked out to our upgrade, and we were on the road in less than 10 minutes. Wonderful customer service, absolutely no complaints. Our return was just as simple! No hidden fees, no hassle. Thank you Culebra team for the ease in which y’all do business! This was our second time renting from this location, so I wouldn’t consider it a fluke, they’re great at what they do!
The staff here were awesome! I worked with Gabriel and Alyssa at the Culebra and 1604 location. They were helpful and informative. I had to extend my rental a couple of times and they patiently assisted me with that as well. I am lucky to have had such a great experience and would recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you for making my experience a great one!
Very good customer service. Had a very good experience renting a car at this Enterprise on Westwood Loop. They went over everything with me when I picked up the rental. They even set the radio station, adjusted the seat for me and showed me where everything was on the car. They also picked me up from the repair shop when I was ready to pick up the rental. GREAT SERVICE!! I would recommend this Enterprise Rental to anyone.
My experience was great with culebra way branch in San Antonio tx. The were very help and kind. Great staff
