Reggie and John are Enterprises #1 Employee’s. These two right here got us out of the biggest pickle on a trip from Texas to North Carolina and needing to get back. These two did ALL!!!! They where able to get us into a ride to get us back on our home after an unfortunate break down. We are truly grateful for these two right here. The team here is awesome! Friendly, personable, and all about customer service. The process to pick up and return is quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this location!
Made a reservation well in advance of the date we needed the vehicle. Arrived and after waiting 5 to 10 minutes an associate came out, looked up our rental, went back in and got some keys. She came out a said we had two options. One was for a vehicle that fit the size of the vehicle I had reserved and the other was a little bigger. The first one smelled like smoke (the smaller one) and the other one (that was a little bigger) smelled fine, so we took the bigger one. Then I looked at the agreement that was emailed to me the next day and found out that the rate was $27.00 / day more then the $35.00 / day I had rented originally. So I called Enterprise, told them the situation. Later I talked to a manager who said he understood and would correct it so the per day cost was back to the $35.00. Three days later we turned it in and it still cost me $230 for 4 days. Really, you fixed it? Not according to my calculations, I paid closer to $47.00 + taxes. Bottom line, watch out for the bait and switch, especially if they don't have many options in the size you originally agreed to!
Great folks at the Indianland location, I've dealt with them since 2014.
The staff at my Enterprise location in Indian Land SC is always attentive and helpful. A special shout out to Camry, so helpful with my last rental.
