I made a reservation 2 1/2 weeks before my trip prepaid for my car and everything. My Husband and I get there to pick up the car and we are told they don't have a single car on the lot. We were given the option of rescheduling or cancelling. We had no choice but to cancel but because we cancelled we had to pay the $150 fee.

I would not give a 1 star. The lady there told me to extend for a day would only be 45 dollar charge and she charged me 80 for one day. Never said anything about a late fee. Ig u call the 1 800 number they will be of no help. Be careful of this place. Car smelled of pure smoke.

This lady at Budget was professional, knowledgeable and very kind.Maybe you other people needed her help when you were having a crazy day or maybe she was having one. Come on eople, you have to start griping about a person YOU JUST MET. Grab some patience and try again. BUDGET IS WONDERFUL and has been for a long long time. Give people a second chance. I do. And it ALWAYS comes back to me.

I am having a problem extending my rental from another city. I was advised to go to a budget office to attempt a remedy. Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved due to a crazy policy Budget has not allowing an extension past 30 days. I was dreading coming to this particular office because of such bad reviews, however Marcus was very patient and tried his best to help me. Despite not being well staffed, Marcus took his time helping each customer while being very pleasant and respectful. I would give Budget 0 stars but Marcus who is definitely an asset to this office gets 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s. Thank you working so hard to try to help me. Much success to Marcus!

This lady Gwen is super rude. Unprofessional and racist. I would never rent from this location EVER!!! I hope Gwen gets fired. She does not need to working with the public.
