I was referred to Best Rent A Car and it’s the best thing that could have happened to someone in desperate need of a rental car at the spur of the moment. From the minute I walked into the office until the time I left in the rental car, EVERY single employee was kind and helpful. When I returned the car, the same experience was repeated. At no time did I feel like just another person to be processed. I was treated like a valued customer. I recommend them highly! You will be glad you chose Best Rent A Car!

HUGE Thank you to Isaiah at Best Rent A Car RocknHill! He was so kind, helpful and patient!! I was looking for a last minute rental and not only did he find a nice intermediate class car, he was crystal CLEAR and upfront about the rental policies and requirements, no hidden gimmicks whatsoever (like a lot of rental places in town) which I appreciate! I definitely will be using Best Rent A Car in the future and referring all of my Charlotte friends and family!

Best Rent-a-car is appropriately named! The folks here absolutely took great care of my wife and I when we needed a rental while our car was in the shop. They had the type of car we wanted, a GREAT rate, and friendly service. I can't believe there are any low reviews on here, honestly. Give these folks a shout if you need to rent anything and they'll take great care of you!

Best car rental experience I've had. Kenyan had a clean, new car waiting for me and got me in and out quickly. Best rate I've gotten. I'd definitely recommend.

Always has rentals every time I need one. Clean,economic. I have never had a serious issue with any of the vehicles.
