Horrible!! Placed reservation for sedan full sized vehicle. Once I drove 45 minutes to enterprise I was told they didn’t have any. I did not receive a call that none were available. I’ve done business with enterprise before but this will definitely be my last.

I have been an Enterprise Plus member for the last 4 years and have always received excellent customer service. Every Enterprise person I've dealt with has been courteous, friendly and attentive. I've found their vehicles to be very well-maintained and have never had a problem with any vehicle I've rented (4-door vehicles and cargo vans). They've picked me up and they've brought me home after I returned a vehicle. What more could you ask for when you rent a car? I'm also impressed that Enterprise is privately-held and maintains such a high-quality service. Please keep up the good work!

Staff is very friendly and customer-focused. The vehicles have been reliable. On occasion, I have received a free upgrade when the specific vehicle class requested was not available. Again, very customer-focused. I would give a 5-star rating except that more than once I had to clean the interior windows after pick-up... a small thing, but if I have any suggestion for improvement, that would be it.
