Outstanding customer service. The manager Brandon is always on point! Will always rent from Enterprise.
Obviously it’s some kind of communication problems within the company. I made reservations and was told the price. I arrived and the first problem I noticed was he couldn’t find the reservation. He finally found it. Didn’t accept cash or the card I had. When I called my mother to use her card he couldn’t accept that either. I’m getting upset now because I wasn’t told none of this when I made reservations. After letting him know how nothing was mentioned he told me I had to have a 200 dollar deposit plus 327 dollars. I drew the line. I will not be returning. I don’t care if I come across another deer!!
Very nice staff and got me out quick.
Im still waiting for my vehicle.The person in the office left me there alone.No one was in the office,he up and left.i waited 35 minute.ALONE.I left.All doors were opened.I will never use enterprise again!
I've rented with Enterprise quite a bit in the past year, from several branches in a few different states. I've had good experiences with pretty much all of the Enterprise employees I've encountered. However, this branch is my absolute favorite of all, because the manager is fantastic! He really goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I truly think he cares about people, and doesn't look at it as just a job. If you need to rent a car, go see Brandon. He'll help you out!
