I recently rented a car for pleasure use. I made my reservation on line and when I picked up the car the line was short and the clerk was quick to finish the process and get me on my way. Turning in the car was just as smooth. I needed to drop off the car before Enterprise was open for the day. I parked the car in the clearly marked drop off space and put the keys in a lockbox. The car was clean and sanitized, but I was also provided with a Clorox wipe just in case I wanted to wipe down the car as well. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and will definitely rent from Enterprise again.

We had a very easy check in for our vehicle. While going over the car, we decided to see if we could upgrade to a different vehicle. I went back inside to see and they were able to accommodate us very easily. Enterprise is normally the rental car company we choose!

Roma was a pleasure to deal with. Rental is a tough business and in an airport, even in a place like Myrtle Beach travelers are stressed and they want to be on their way. The pick up and drop off was great for a smaller airport. The person helping me with the pick up was very patient with me taking longer than usual due to my bank blocking my transaction for over 30 minuets even when they were on the line. When checking the car back in, the wife and I was treated the best. Great staff.
