Dollar was out of cars when we arrived. Because I am a rewards member we received the next available vehicle(about 15 minute wait). I am glad I was not in a hurry. Customer service did the best they could to get us on the road.
Our vehicle was very clean and very nice, easy processing both pick up and drop off, staff was kind and courteous, our overall experience with dollar car rental was great.
