Great experience all around, other than placing the reservation online for an economy car, and then arriving to be told that those were gone and I was being offered an Ford 1500 or something to that effect. I paid the extra $10 a day for the next reasonable size vehicle which was a Dodge Charger. So other than availability, the staff was wonderful, the car was great, and they were flexible with me when I originally prepaid for gas, and ended up only filling about $3.50. so they took off that charge for me because I hardly used the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this company again. Maybe check the inventory before making a reservation to ensure that it is there, but other than that, no regrets! The pickup process was very smooth, and everyone was very kind.

I was waited on by Krystin. She was very kind and courteous. She made my transaction quick, easy and pleasant. I was fortunate to get the manager's special. Saved me a couple of bucks and gave me a cool truck to drive.

I had an awesome experience with Thrifty Car Rental while away at Myrtle Beach SC and the ladies that assisted us with renting the car was very helpful and courteous. Also, the the truck that I was driving was clean and it drove nice and smooth. Thank you Thrifty Car Rental for the amazing experience. I will use them again in the future.

Thought I rented a small car, I was told I got the manager special, which was a truck. We had no use for a truck at the Beach lol they had no small cars left so we were given a Hemi Charger..my husband was thrilled..it made his vacation since it has been years since he drove a car with a hood scoop. Clerk that waited on us at Myrtle Airport was so nice and friendly

The customer Rep was rude. We booked the car for 9am and we arrived at 11am, she said that our car was given away due to the fact we were late. Then proceeded to upsell us. Not my first rodeo lady. The vehicle was immaculate and I’m happy with the vehicle. But customer service needs work. We arrived 6am for the return date and the lot had no visible employee. I was looking around then someone crawled out of a vehicle and said just leave the keys on the seat. I said no problem and just walked away. Walking away I said to myself I hope someone steals this vehicle so they can work on there process. Price versus service, next time I choose service and give my business to Hertz. I travel 8 times a year.
