WHERE DO I BEGAN! Booked car 11 days in advance.. We get there an hour early and are more than willing to pay a fee but the women insisted she didn’t have any cars available. The only car available was a Nissan Versa... Which they were really trying to push on us even though we rented The Volkswagen Jetta/Hyundai sonata for 3 whole days at about 80 a day... upon waiting another hour to get the car we really rented we were informed they didn’t have... No offered upgrade or Compensation to drive their 40 a day China car. We asked for a refund in which where told to call and they will refund it in 24 hours. We are 5 days into our trip now and no one has reach out to give us back our 300 dollars... Completely destroyed our trip due to a this Business. Highly recommend not using this place.

Christina at the Myrtle Beach Airport Location was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was helpful and corrected a problem with the vehicle I was renting. It gives me a comfort level with Hertz compared to the other rental agencies I've rented from in the past.

Spoke with O'Shane over the phone about some issues with a rental. My family and I have had some really hard times, and O'Shane answered our many questions over the span of a handful of calls with kindness, accuracy, and professionalism.
