Worst experience I ever had with a rental
I do not know the gentleman's name, but I came in on 7/5/19 and was helped by a very generous guy! Patient and went above! Kudos!
Budget is the best! I've rented from them a few times, and each time, I've been treated with respect and made to feel like I'm a valued customer. Christin, at my local Budget shop, is wonderful...he is personable, professional, and extremely helpful! Albert, on the 800 number line, helped us get a fantastic deal, even upgraded my choice of car! I will continue to rent from Budget any time I need a rental car!
We needed a car to get us home from Myrtle Beach and we found Budget had the best car for the money. We loved the Kia and the service.nWe also drove straight home so they graciously gave us a credit for the time not used.nI would highly recommend the Budget car rental agency. The West Hartford office staff were efficient and the place was very clean.
