That old dragon lady they have as a customer service rental agent is a rude miserable woman. The way she spoke to me made me want to jump over the counter and drag hernnasty tail all up and down the parking lot!nnI made a reservation through a 3rd party and was given a confirmation code. I went to the airport location BY ACCIDENT and the very polite agents there told me my reservation confirmation was not at their location. It was at the Sears Auto Center location at the mall. So I take a ride share to the correct location and the dragon lady asked me if the airport location sent a car over. I told her I didn’t know and that the original reservation conformation was for her location, and I went to the airport accidentally.nnThat heifer rolled her eyes and repeated her question with a tone of annoyance and started dragging her words as if I was slow to understand. So I repeated my answer. She then FINALLY asked for my confirmation number and then proceeded to tell me she had no cars available and if my reservation had my phone number on it she would’ve called me and told me not to come at all.nnNow she should have just led with THAT information IN THE FIRST PLACE instead of behaving like a rude old miserable witch! I hope her supervisor sees this and at the very least writes her up. She’s lucky I have taught myself to have some self control when it comes to disrespectful people because 10 years ago a younger leas disciplined me would’ve dog walked that b***h!nnAnyway, I called Avis directly inform them of everything and they wound up charging me $50 more to pick up a car from the very polite agents I went to in the first place. The agents at the airport gave me a complimentary upgrade on my car and apologized to me for all the trouble I went through.

I have received friendly service and clean cars every time I have rented here. I'll be back very soon! ud83dudc4c

Excellent service at Myrtle Beach SC Avis facility. The Cadillac we reserved and received was in excellent shape, spotlessly clean, and ready for an extremely comfortable round trip to Charlotte-Douglas airport in NC. Our German visitors were highly impressed by both the vehicle and especially the friendly smiling face of the attendant upon our return of the vehicle. They are not familiar with this type of service in Europe. Of course, this is also South Carolina and AVIS. .

Reserved a vehicle only to get their and find out the do a credit check they didnt allow my reservation because I dont have good credit. However I had credit card and enough money on it tocover. Was pretty upset because we were leaving for vacation I had to book through another company wont use them again .
