This Enterprise has such amazing Customer Service. Christopher James and the team did an excellent job of meeting my car rental needs. It was a last minute rental and the surrounding areas were sold out, however, they were able to get me inside of a vehicle, rather quickly. They were friendly, patient and understanding. I can tell they really value customers at this Enterprise location. Such an awesome experience renting from this Enterprise. If you are looking for a rental and excellent customer service, choose this Enterprise location. You won’t be disappointed!!!!
Excellent customer service! They came and picked up my daughter and I at her apartment. Kept me informed about the rental. My daughter returned the car at the collision center and enterprise picked it up from there. I live 2 hours away from my daughter and they were great to work with! Highly recommend!
The Enterprise in Chapel Hill on Franklin St is a wonderful place to rent a vehicle. They go out of their way to make sure everything is good. I would like to thank the staff this weekend for all their help and support. They went that extra mile.
