The service was amazing. I understand car rental availability is scarce currently, but the staff of Wednesday morning ( both the gentleman and the young lady) were very diligent in searching to accommodate me. With no cars available, I was placed on the waiting list.nHonestly, I didn't expect a callback. I was surprised and delighted.nYour staff is to be commended.nThere was an unreasonably irate customer when I arrived both times and the staff remained professional and polite about the lack of vehicle availability.nI will definitely use this location in the future.

If it wasn’t for this location, we’d never use enterprise again. Had a negative experience at a different location - and this location totally changed our perspective of enterprise. Super professional and friendly. I was in and out within minutes - such a smooth and easy process. Seriously, if you’ve had a bad experience at surrounding locations, just give this one a try. They go above and beyond for their customers! We’ll never use the Goldsboro location again. This one is worth the drive.
Business is conducted outside with masks on so it is safe. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff will assist you to your reserved car. They will answer any questions you have and get you quickly on the road. For a small fee you can purchase their insurance for piece of mind. Returning the car is fast and easy. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their service from economy cars and up. Reasonable rates to fit any budget.
