Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Twice I reserved a car and twice they were unable to give me the type of vehicle I requested. Both times waited till the last minute to tell me. This most recent time I reserved a convertible and got stuck with a rough riding unpleasant SUV. And when I went to turn it in at 930 am there was nobody there. The people from the. Collision center gave me a ride home. Very displeased with Enterprise

Had my usual good experience. Car was ready and process went quickly. They dropped me off at home after I returned it. Great staff.

Set everything up online and it all went extremely smooth. Will definitely use enterprise and this location again.

PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING. I hate having to leave a bad review with the place I’ve been renting from for a long time for business trips. I’ve been going to this enterprise for quite a while and my experiences have been great until today. They just called and said they were going to keep $200 for a nick in the windshield that was already there when I rented the car. Upon renting they only asked us to walk around the car and look at the dents or dings in the car and document. Never once did we take a look at windows windshields the roof of the car or any other areas. When we left my wife noticed a small ding in the windshield that wasn’t noticeable until I was in the drivers seat driving. Even though my wife and I both saw the ding in the windshield after we left the enterprise place...they called us today after we turned it in on Saturday and told us they would have to file a claim and hold $200 of ours. It didn’t matter what I said or that me and my wife both saw the ding when we left the place because they didn’t see it and document it before we left they said it was on us. I’m a little shocked since we do business with them a couple times a month to sometimes two times a week and were developing a great business relationship. I am an honest person and being treated like a liar really shows what kind of customer service and what kind of business this is. I’m a business owner and I would never blame my customers for something unless I had absolute proof that they did it especially if it was someone I had a relationship with currently and their wife told me that it wasn’t their fault. Honestly I’m pretty upset right now. Beware and if you rent from this place make sure you have pictures and documents of every dent, scratch and everything on the body of the car to the glass to the wheels because if not...it’s your word against theirs and they won’t listen to you. Sent an email as requested telling the entire story with details and the rental agreement #. We’ll see what happens. I’ll update when they respond.

They had customers line up outside during a severe thunderstorm to WAIT on car pickup that should have already been ready to go. The tank was half full of gas and the vehicle had not been cleaned inside. Drop off was equally as dismal. My first and last Enterprise rental.
