If you want to be treated with respect DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY at this location. I picked up a car on Saturday. I was not given a proper walk through of the vehicle prior to driving off the lot. The vehicle looked like it had been in an accident prior to us receiving it. There was a large crack in the windshield, noticeable body damage, and the car made an awful dragging sound every time you made a turn. To make things worse -we are in a global pandemic and the company did not sanitize or vacuum the vehicle! The manager is extremely combative, rigid and confrontational. He was more concerned about making excuses for his “guys” then accommodating me as a paying customer. He didn’t even apologize instead he comped me $25 and told me to have a nice day.nnThe CDC needs to be contacted for their lack of following proper Sanitation protocol.

I dont have any pictures to share but I will definitely be returning to this location. Haris was extremely respectful and gave me a good vehicle recommendation. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a car rental.

I will always rent from this location just for the employees. Haris and Allen are the most delightful individuals to work with! Every time I come into the store, I am greeted with a warm smile and I leave even happier than I was when I came in. I even received a free upgrade on multiple occasions and didn’t even ask for it! The cars are always super clean and the service is exceptional. 5 stars for these guys and the store every time!
