Everything was fine, the car was clean, although one of the tires was rather low on tread, the other 3 were good.. The agent was friendly and thorough. I will say that the Mt. Airy, MD office as of August 2020 was a little shabby. Regardless, I would definitely rent from them again.
Had to rent a car for vacation travel, prefer local Enterprise shops rather than Airport. Fantastic experience again with the staff at Mt Airy MD. Service, courtesy and friendliness were outstanding. Definitely will rent from this site again when I travel in that area. Thank You so much to the staff there.
My experience with the salesman was terrible! The attitude and service of these salesman was disrespectful and unacceptable . I immediately called my car insurance company and requestednfor them to kindly change to another rental company.
Great customer service. Car was ready on time and what I had reserved. Worked seamlessly with my insurance company and overall a great experience. Only complaint is that the car smelled like cigarette smoke.
